PMI-RMP – Project Risk Management Professional (Exam Preparation Course)
Participants will be able to develop project risk management plans and risk registers. The course also aims at assisting participants in performing qualitative and quantitative assessments for developing appropriate risk responses. In line with the above, participants will devise key performance indicators for monitoring and controlling risks.

- Define several risk key terms and develop a solid framework of risk management
- Plan risk management and manage the risk register
- Identify risks using different techniques
- Evaluate qualitatively the identified risks
- Estimate quantitatively the overall effect of risk on the objectives of the project
- Develop effective response actions that are appropriate to the priority of the risks
- Review and control risks through reassessments and audits
- Identify the leadership and communication competencies related to risk management
PMI-RMP Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the RMP certification exam you need all three parts of anyone option given below:
Option: 1
You should hold a secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or the global equivalent),
4,500 hours of experience in risk management, and
40 hours training in risk management.
Option: 2
A four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or the global equivalent),
3,000 hours of experience in risk management, and
